What happened to my account

Earlier this week, carriers raised compliance issues related to real estate text messaging. If you missed our first notification, you can read that here.

As the carrier regulations continue to evolve, Launch Control is more committed than ever to keeping subscribers like you compliant and able to leverage best practices and the latest strategies to garner the highest response rates.

Where we are heading

As you can see in the videos above, a lot is happening, and for a good reason. Although many aspects of this industry have historically been a numbers game (where you send a certain amount of texts, get several responses, and close a handful of deals), what carriers are starting to enforce will ensure that people aren’t spamming large lists of people, and instead, having real conversations.
