Your Launch Control dashboard provides an overview into the performance of all of your SMS marketing campaigns. These metrics include average response times, active conversations, top performing campaigns, the performance of drip automations, delivery and response rates, and more. 

There are two important steps you can take to ensure messages are being delivered successfully. First, before importing data, make sure mobile numbers are in the list so you’re not sending messages to landlines. Moreover, keep an eye on your Analytics & KPIs dashboard to track the performance of your campaigns.

The status of your 10DLC registration can be found at the top of the page of any screen within your dashboard.

To see the initial campaign on the batches page, you need to assign a list from the direct import or skip trace import into the campaign. 

This error can occur for various reasons, but one common issue is with the actual list. Please check the file and delete any formatting. Ensure that the list includes phone numbers, has a header and that you carefully map out the columns.

If you have registered only one market so far and you’d like to increase the limit for an existing market, click on the plus sign “Increase Limits” button. If you want to add a second area code as a separate market, click on the “Register New Market” button.

PRO Subscribers are entitled to 1 Area Code with two Markets in total for the Area Code or two separate Markets (separate Area Codes). You can also add a completely different Area Code.

No, only PRO and Enterprise plans allow for multiple markets. You can always change your plan here.

There could be multiple reasons for this. Give it some time for the stats to populate. If the stats don’t appear in a couple of hours, reach out to the customer support team via the website chatbot or send an email to support@launchcontrol.us

In order to add your data into our import template, open your list and our direct import template. Copy the data from your list and paste the values only onto our template. Make sure to copy only the necessary fields.

You can send the initial message to prospects only once. If they don’t respond, they will be eligible for up to three follow-up campaigns. If they stay unresponsive after these 4 touchpoints, you won’t be able to contact them further.

Please note that the messages in the queue for prospects’ second or third numbers are counted on the second and third days against the daily message limit. This means the messages in the queue that started yesterday for their 2nd number will be counted today. 

Ensure to verify leads’ phone numbers in the inbox after they respond to prevent them from receiving messages on their second and third numbers.

After a prospect replies to your drip message, the drip automation for that prospect will be stopped automatically. We recommend adding a nurture status and engaging with the prospect through manual replies thereafter.

Note: If you add the same prospect to the same drip sequence again, the automation will restart from the beginning.

Yes, Launch Control can integrate with any CRM that Zapier supports. To see if your CRM is supported, go to zapier.com and look for your CRM.

Merge fields extract data from your list, such as names and company names, eliminating the need for manual input.

Text spinners provide variations of words and phrases to ensure your messages are diverse and avoid sounding repetitive (for example Our team is [actively/enthusiastically/vigorously] acquiring homes in your area and [aim/intend/strive] to assist homeowners by educating about non-traditional real estate options). These are predefined by you, and the system selects phrases or words randomly. Every message in the template needs to be unique with unique text spinners.

Ensure that your account is set to the time zone where your prospects are located. Additionally, fill out your Alias Rep and Company name in the My Profile section. The company name and Alias Rep will be used as merge fields in your messages. You can use your full company name or an abbreviation.

To see all the messages in your inbox, activate all lead statuses from the dropdown menu.
